- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence (UK Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, Section 2; UAE Civil Transactions Law)
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Sections 57, 62, 65) or UAE Consumer Protection Law
8.3 Maximum liability
Where liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) AED 1,000 / GBP 200.

9.1 Website content
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that:

11. Governing Law
11.1 Primary governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the federal laws applicable within the DMCC Free Zone.
11.2 UK consumer protection
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other consumer protection legislation. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 74).
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at info@salvone.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
12.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that:
- UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence
- Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court
12.3 Alternative dispute resolution
For UK consumers: we are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through a consumer ombudsman, but we may choose to do so on a case-by-case basis. For information about ADR, visit the Citizens Advice website.
For UAE consumers: consumer complaints may be submitted to the Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department or the Dubai Economy and Tourism consumer rights section.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Site, other users, or our business.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, power or internet failure, labour disputes, or third-party service disruptions. This is consistent with the principles of UAE Civil Transactions Law (Article 273) and English common law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Unilateral variations will be reasonable and made with appropriate notice, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 62 (fairness requirement).
16. General Provisions
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salvone regarding your use of the Site
- Severability — if any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- Waiver — failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision
- Assignment — you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction
- Language — these Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail
